Full Arch Maxillary Rehabilitation
In this case the maxillary teeth were all visibly worn and shortened, along with discoloration and visible crown margins in the back - the patient was not pleased with the esthetics. New crowns were prepared from the first molar on the right side to the first molar on the left side and the patient was placed in temporaries and an occlusal splint for a period of time to help her bite adjust to the new length and contours of the soon to be new crowns. Once the patient was adjusted permanent EMAX crowns were cemented and the patient was followed closely to ensure that she adjusted to her new occlusion. The bottom arch is planned to be fully restored in the future.
